What types of hair do you sell?
We sell two hair categories which include, Virgin hair and Remy hair. Both straight and curly weaves. We source our virgin hair from single donors that have natural and healthy hair with no chemical alteration. While we source our Remy hair from multiple donors with natural and chemical free hair. Our hair is 100% human hair.
What hair textures of Virgin & Remy hair do you sell?
We have different hair textures of virgin and Remy hair and this includes, straight, body wave, natural wave, deep wave, loose wave, loose deep water wave, kinky curl and kinky straight.
What is the difference between Brazillian, Peruvian, Malaysian and Indian human hair?
It is really hard to tell from their looks because they are all 100% human hair and almost all look the same, but they still have their individual differences as stated below.
Brazilian Hair is thicker in hair strands with a coarse feeling. It also has a more silky and shinier texture than Indian Hair, but less silky than Peruvian or Malaysian hair The Straight textures are not bone straight but tends to curl beautifully at the end. This hair holds curls very well and tends to hold curls longer than Indian Hair. Brazillian hair is very popular amongst our customers because it has a long life span.
Peruvian Hair is the silkiest of all with thinner strands. It blends well with normal African-American relaxed hair textures and medium Caucasian hair textures, giving a very natural look. The curly texture becomes more curly when wet or washed. However, the drawback will be a shorter lasting period compared to other hair textures because it is thinner.
Malaysian Hair – Malaysian hair is in between, not too silky or coarse. Although, it can appear excessively shiny at first, but after the first 2-3 washes, it becomes less shiny and tends to take a more natural appearance. Curls will not loosen or drop with time but maintain their form for the entire day. Malaysian hair also has a softer and silkier texture when compared to Indian hair. It is the preference of customers that wants to explore a new texture.
Indian hair straightens and forms curly weaves very easily. It also tends to dry into a beautiful wave which ranges from a slight wave to very wavy.
How many hair bundles do i need?
This depends on your preference for a full hair or not. There is a 100g in a bundle. We usually recommend 2 bundles for lengths of 14″ inches and below, 3 bundles for 16″- 20″ and 4 bundles from 20″ and above including a closure or a lace frontal.
How do I search for a product?
Search for a hair product by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the fewer products you will get in the results page. When you find the product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and Credit cards.
Why did my payment fail?
This could be due to incorrect card details or CVV security code which is the 3 digits or 4 digits (for American express card) at the back of the signature strip on your card. It might also be a result of credit card limits or insufficient funds. If all these reasons have been ruled out, we recommend you call your bank.
What is the processing and shipping time?
Our processing time is between 2-5 days. In most cases, it could be faster, but we also give this duration in case of any unforeseen disruptions.
We offer free shipping to eligible countries and this can take between 7-12 business days. Some of our customers even receive their order earlier than this, but this is our standard time. Specific details on our delivery time can be found on our shipping and delivery page.
What are your shipping Methods?
We ship through FedEx and DHL and sometimes, Epacket and EMS.

How long does the hair last?
Our virgin hair can last up to 2 years with proper care.
Our Remy hair can last up to 1 year with proper care.
Do use chemicals to treat the hair?
No! The hair has only gone through a steam treatment to give its style pattern.
Can the hair be dyed or curled?
Yes, the hair can dyed or curled. Please avoid high temperatures of above 150°C if using a flat iron comb or curling tong.
Can i request a custom hair?
Yes, we do accept custom requests, for instance, if you will like to order a customized color or style we can do that for you, although, processing and shipping time may vary. All you need to do is send us a message on our Contact Us page or through facebook messenger .
How do i take care of my hair/curly weaves?

- When you receive your new hair, we recommend you wash it with a mild shampoo and conditioner to remove any factory smell. Deep conditioning the hair for like 15 minutes makes the hair very soft. For curly hair, brush with a wet brush or wide tooth comb while wet. while damp, apply Argan oil or a leave-in conditioner or a curl activator to moisturize it. Allow the hair to air dry. We recommend washing your hair with this procedure one a week. For less dirty hair, you could wash with only a conditioner.
- One major downside of even naturally curly hair is dryness, frizz, and tangles. This hair texture needs to be well nourished to look its best. Avoid heat on curly hair. Avoid brushing your curly hair when your locks are dry. You can apply water on your dry hair to reactivate the moisture
- Towel drying your hair can cause lots of dryness and create frizz. you can use a microfiber towel or a light cloth, or best, air dry it.
- Shampoo or condition your hair in a downward motion to avoid the hair strands from rubbing against each other as this can cause breakage.
- We recommend products like Cantu Argan Leave in Conditioner and SCurl Activator to moisturize your hair.
How do i differentiate between human hair and synthetic hair?
You can do the burn test to differentiate this two. When you burn human hair, it turns to dark ash and smells like you are burning your own natural hair. When you burn synthetic hair, it melts slowly into a ball and smells like rubber.
How can i track my order?
Click on the tracking link on the front page or side navigation. Input the tracking number and also select the delivery carrier. We would provide this information to you once your order has been shipped.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If you are eligible for a refund based on our refund and returns policy as described here, it may take up to 7-10 business days after processing for it to appear on your credit card statement.
I forgot my password, how do i retrieve it?
Click on “forgot password” you will be directed to another page where you will be prompted to input your user name or email, then click on reset password and you would receive a link in your email to create a new password.
